When you submit the key-request form or email us we receive your name, company name, email address, optional phone number, the drawer you selected, and whatever you write in the message field — typically a property address, unit count, or the service you need. The form uses your own mail client, so the message content lives in your sent folder and in our inbox, and nowhere else.
Our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) automatically records standard web-server data: IP address, browser type and version, pages requested, request timestamps, and referring URLs. We use this only for security monitoring and capacity planning.
We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, behavioral profiling cookies, fingerprinting, or social-media trackers on this site. We never request rent payments, deposits, escrow funds, bank details, Social Security numbers, or login credentials through this website or by email.
We do not sell personal information, rent it, trade it, or share it with advertisers. Ever.
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of any font request; the loaded files are cached by your browser like any other resource. No tracking cookies follow you from this site.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. We do not give providers more access than the service requires.
Property addresses, ownership documents, financial statements, rent rolls and engagement correspondence you send us are used solely to evaluate and perform the requested engagement. Where work is performed under a management, appraisal, escrow or agency agreement, that agreement's confidentiality and records provisions govern. Trust account records, escrow files and transaction ledgers are retained as required by law and professional practice.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, subpoena, regulatory audit or lawful government request, or when disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of RMY PROPERTIES, LLC, our clients, tenants, or the public. This website and our services are directed at property owners, businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
The site is served over HTTPS. Email is handled over standard secured channels, and access to correspondence is limited to staff who need it to answer you. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure — please do not send highly sensitive information (payment data, credentials, identification numbers, tenant financial details) through the key-request form.
